We are back! A festival with a tradition since 2005.
Seven days of chess in the heart of Wroclaw, during the magical Christmas Market season. Tournaments for grandmasters and amateurs. Everyone will find something for themselves.

OPEN A
The main event of the festival with the opportunity to score international title norms. Grandmasters (GM) play free of charge.

A tournament for ambitious amateurs and juniors. Classical time control, FIDE rated, cash prizes and special categories.

A one-day blitz tournament in the middle of the festival week. Open to everyone who knows the rules of chess.

Venue
The festival hotel will be announced soon. It will certainly be a comfortable venue in Wroclaw, with a spacious playing hall and convenient access.
Festival history
Wroclaw chess festivals have been organised since 2005. The 2025 edition (13-19 December) gathered 459 players from 13 countries, including 13 grandmasters. Four title norms were scored. Full results and the summary are available in the archive.
