PARTICIPATION
The tournament is open to everyone who knows the rules of chess.

SYSTEM AND SCHEDULE
The tournament will be played in the Swiss system over 11 rounds, with a time control of 3 minutes + 2 seconds per move.
Schedule:
- 8:30-9:15 - confirmation of participation
- 9:30-13:00 - rounds 1-11
- 13:15 - closing ceremony
ENTRY FEE
Entry fee paid by bank transfer by 18.12 - 100 PLN
Entry fee paid on site (bank card) - 120 PLN
Grandmasters (GM) and International Masters (IM) are exempt from the entry fee.

PRIZES
The prize fund is PLN 2,000. The full prize list will be announced soon.
FINAL PROVISIONS
Current FIDE rules apply. Final standings are decided by points scored; in case of a tie, the following tie-breaks apply: median Buchholz, Buchholz, number of wins, Progress, direct encounter, average rating of opponents.
The final interpretation of the regulations belongs to the organiser. Players insure themselves at their own expense.
The tournament will be submitted for FIDE rating.
